After many years of working for local BMW dealerships and European independent repair shops, Greg realized that there was a need in his community for an automotive shop where customers could feel comfortable and confident in bringing their cars in for repair and service. While Shop Foreman, Greg saw a disconnect between customers and the technicians working on the cars. The "personal" service had been replaced with online scheduling and emailing. With the changes in technology and very high costs, where could customers go to find a personal, highly skilled and honest shop.
